Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges based on change of mind and all orders are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on minor flaws or imperfections on our artisan goods. Please remember that our goods are often made in small batch production or by hand, and may not be 'perfect'.

If you have made a mistake during purchasing, please contact us immediately so we can look to rectify your order at hello@stylomonde.com.au. We are unfortunately unable to make amendments or changes after your order has shipped.

All items purchased from Stylo Monde are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent to our customers. We use strong, eco friendly packaging and void fill to ensure your goods arrive safely. However, accidents may occur during transit on the rare occasion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@stylomonde.com.au with your order number # and attaching a photo along with your query. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, including all the original packaging it was delivered in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as perfume). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pens, ink, sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
